Yes! I'm looking into this as a way to kick things off, pun intended. An actual animated series done within a proper studio with full production apparently runs in the $10m range (yep, million, lol), but a kickstarter would be a great way to get things rolling, to get the styles off the ground, and to prove that it works. This is why I've been trying so hard to get funding from organizations that specifically fun development, rather than take money out of your pockets, haha. But if that fails, I'll be rolling with a kickstarter :)
I went to college with Eric and just sent him a message with your link/goal. I think it's a fabulous idea for the kid's show. I work in film production, so if there's any other way to connect you I'll keep you in mind!
Hi there! So fun. Yes, Amazon guilt is real, and yes, DG stores are exploitative and hard to fight off in the development/permitting world! 1. I Find it hard to believe given how friendly and down to earth you are... and manage to overcome social anxiety yet claim to not have friends...what!? 2. random questions that would be fun to answer: what's dog park/off leash area unspoken etiquette for newbies (aka for a first time dog sitter figuring it out...asking for a friend). 3. what's the best way to approach a dog/human to ask for consent/friendly-o-meter to say hi for pets? uh oh did you not really ask for content ideas and I overshared? staple on...
Nancy this is the perfect discourse though I am not an expert at dog, but I will still try. Also I say I have no friends tongue-and-cheekily however there definitely is truth to it because I live in a town of 5000 people and making friends at 43 is hard! But I’m working on it. Maybe I’ll dig into that a bit on the next WEEKLY DOGALOGUE EPISODE! Stay tuned.
I’m 46 and have two friends, one of which lives in Canada (I live in Cornwall, England) to whom I stay in touch with by way of podcast length voice notes and the other who lives nearby but is often traveling. I also work from home and am a homebody so I know how you feel about not having people, and finding it hard to meet new people 🤍
What about doing a kickstarter for the animation fundraising? 🤍

Oh I see, yes that makes sense and wow, did not expect that level of cost! 😅
Hi, for children's show development connect with https://www.imaginecreatemedia.com/about
I would love to! Are you connected with the company?

All of it is great but for some reason I love the sound of the “Weekly Dogalog 🎶 “ 🤷♀️😆
Hahaha! True, but he is enjoying a beach somewhere.
We call it “bunting”!
Get a red Swingline stapler, it’s the best!
But but but the red stapler belongs to Milton
Love that your dogs are lying on each end of the sofa and leaving you/allowing you the comfy centre :)
They are very good to me!
What fun Andrew! Keep it coming.

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing, Andrew!
Bunting! Stop motion would be incredible!!! Good luck!!
Keep going! Give it at least 6 weeks 😏
Ok deal!
Love this ❤️
Thanks Kasha!
You had me at staplers! 😅 but I like this casual format!! Very fun
I get a sense that the more mundane the topic the more interesting it is to watch 😆
Bunting. The pennant garland decoration thingy. Your welcome. 😁.
THANK YOU! I’ll probably forget this term and continue calling it a hanging pennant triangle flag rope thing
I like this format - learning random stuff and hearing stories. Pennant garland?
Easy, right?! I’m not sure I’ll send it as an email next week though. Don’t wanna clutter the sacred inbox. ❤️
